Default 95 3500 front diff

I can get a full front diff (ifs) transfer case and 5 speed for cheap, how hard would it be to swap into my 97 jimmy 4 door 4x4?

This is one of those "if you have to ask, then you probably shouldn't try it" type of deals. It's no where near a direct bolt in.

It's been done once to my knowledge, by an engineer with GM. It involved a 5" lift and some custom fabrication. He used a 4l80e though, not the manual.
