I am ready to oder something but wich is the best to go with? I have a 01' blazer with the trailblazer package, I also have some wieght in the back with a sub box. so Im am trying figure if it worth the shackles and have a possible sage withthe 1.5" lift or a comprable add a leaf to give me 1.5"

 

you need to be more specific in what youre trying to accomplish. or get out of the rear lift.

 

I want a 1.5" lift in the rear, would u suggest a add a leaf or shackle based on vehicle and added wieght in the rear.

 

i think it would be based upon which you prefer. i think they both give the same height but i think the difference would be in the ease of installing or the ride you want. if you go with the add a leaf your ride is going to be a whole lot stiffer.with the shackle i think your ride should feel stock. only because by adding a leaf you would be making it more stiff for the springs to give and bend. another thing to me is the shackle is easier to install. i have an add a leaf system in my truck now and its a whole lot stiffer, but i dont mind that.

 

thanks I think I am going to try the shackles and if i still have some sagging in the back ill put a add a leaf
