this topics been coverd a million times if u do some searcing in the feild. easiest way to get lift is a torsion bar crank and add some shackles. its the poor man lift. if u wanna spend some money u can add a leaf and some indexing keys. or 2 options buy a body lift that will give u 2 inch lift and a manufacturer suspension lift kit. everyone seems to use the roughcountry 2.5 inch lift very basic but functional as i use it my self.

Its been covered many many times on this forum. A search might help ya narrow down what you're looking for. But shackles and a t bar crank is realatively inexpensive and doesn't require you to buy addition parts. Well besides an alignment and rear shocks. Pretty straight forward install that will give you some lift and some noticeable height difference between a stock blazer. If your looking for bigger tires with this lift also, 31's is about the biggest you can get. I know others have fit bigger but that requires cuttin and beating. Which I didn't wanna do with mine.
