i just lifted my 96 2x4 (2.5" fabtech spindle, 2" body lift, and 3" add a leaf) im still not satisfied with the results wondering if i could still add a shackle and a 2" lift coil. whats your opinions. i also tried fitting 31x11.50 on 15x10s and that rubs like hell so i have to try 29s that sucks cause i dont like the looks of 15x8s.

You are rubbing with 31's on that? Thats pretty much what i was running (1.5 t-bar crank, 2"shackles, 2 inch body lift)before my 33's and i didnt have to trim or anything. Now i got 33's and alli gotta do is just trim a little on the back of the fender. Admittedly i got a 4x4 but still the fenderclearance is nearly the same. Where are yourubbing exactly? Are you ok withtrimming if need be?What back spacing you got on those 15x10's? You can always hide trimming with fender flares or molded mudd flaps.

are you running the recommended 15x8s? because i know if i ran those then i could clear a much bigger tire but i like the deeper look on those 10s. oh i forgot to mention im running the swamper sx so the tirehave real aggressive treads.

I do have the 15x8's so that helps me a little. As for the depth look, whats wrong with 15x8 with 3.75 backspacing like what igot? Still looks nice if ya ask me, but thats just my humble opinion, lol. As for tread, im running MTR's which are just about as bad tread depth wise as the swampers so i understand a little where you are coming from there. Hmm, im thinkin about the only option ya got is 15x8's or just cut the fenders to high heaven.....or lift it bigger, beyond that i cant think of anything else that would help ya.

Yea listen to Rob, cut the fenders or lift it more. 15x10 is really wide so i can see why you are rubbing. I'm going to be running 15x8 with 32's soon when I do my lift.
