People have done 6" lifts but for the front, anything over about 2" requires a relocation of the front axle or a swap to a solid axle.

You're gonna have to do an axle flip in the back, the axle is above the leafs.

Why are you trying to lift a 2wd truck, though?

Rough country makes a 2" lift for 2wd trucks. New coils, and a add a leaf for the rear

 

I think wether 2wd or 4wd, you would have to relocate the control arms above 2-3 inches...

but I'm thinking that theres not more then 3" from center of spindle to bottom ball joint. I guess you can add spacers, but itll suck in your front stance by the time you get your height. Let alone screw the angle of your ball joints...

you could jack the rear 5", and then do a rc 2.5 lift on the front to give you a hot rod look(pretty sure mines like that unintentionaly).

 

Yeah, anymore than like a 2.5" lift is gonna take drop brackets for the control arms. Can always go with a body lift, also, if you're just wanting the look
