Default rear leaf springs

Hello all,

I tried a quick search but didnt come up with anything that I needed to know. Anywho, will leaf springs from a 2nd gen S-blazer work in a 1st gen? I found a guy around my area selling new re-arched leafs for cheap and I need them badly on my 83 s10 blazer.

thanks
