Default thinking of a 2in lift

I have a 96 Jimmy 4-doorSLS I am thinking of puting a 2in lift in it the only thing is I just got new tires, 235 General Grabbers AT2 on the stock rims. The question I have is will it look alright with the 235s or trade them in and get some bigger ones?

to be completely honest, a 2inch lift isn't worth the money unless you are just going for looks.... you can only fit 31's which are less than 1 inch height difference from your current tires..... if you want a more aggressive look, consider leveling the truck out with a torsion bar crank..

I was thinking of the crank though my back end saggs some, i believe i need my leaf spring resprung or whatever it is. When i bought the Jimmy it had 30.5 tires, some cheap brand that road like crap. The reason i was thinking about the lift is my back end sits low then i have a receiver hitch which makes it look like it sits even lower. Any ideas of how to level the back end and make it look good maybe? Thanks for the input

shackles, add-a-leafs, or air shocks(not the best option)..... a 2 inch suspension lift kit really is just a glorified TB crank and some shackles..
