can you give more info as to how you wired them for both hi and low?

 

the HID Projectors have a shield inside them that moves for High and low. there is a relay harness that most people buy that controlls it. basically your existing low beam turns on the HID bulb, and then the factory highbeam signal triggers an electormagnet in the projector that moves the shield out of the way for the High beams. the cutoff that you see with the little step in the center of it is actually the shield cutting off the upper part of the light. once high beams are turned on the shield is pulled down and out of the way.

I used to make retrofits for various cars using the Morimoto projectors. good stuff, and the output is great. I did find that the Morimoto D2S projectors had a little better output, but there is a slight size difference that made them harder to tuck into various lens housings.

To the OP, have you ever considered a quad beam setup? having one projector dedicated to low beam and another projector dedicated to High? there is plenty of room there and the output is phenomenal. I have the projectors and everything here to build a setup for my Jimmy, but sadly I have not been able to find a set of clear lensed housings for my truck. Blazers yes, but not for a 95 Jimmy...
