Auto Locking

I'll bet if you go pawing around under the dash, you'll find a wire spliced into the power door lock relay trigger wire, (light blue). Probably a "safety feature" of some sort.... maybe to lock your keys inside so they're safe after you start it with the remote

Its all good, got tired of messing with it. This morning on the way to work, noticed doors locked at 15mph and unlocked when I took the key out.

not sure what I did but its working now!!

My 98 doesn't have auto lock, but my wife's 04 does. I can't stand it, when I want 'em locked, I'll lock 'em.... she won't let me reprogram it

yep, done that,. since then I have a key on a clip under the truck
