Of course the common fuel gauge
Ok I will do this tomorrow, until I can reply again. I noticed with this connector above the brakebooster. When connected, Fuel reads way past F when in RUN. When disconnected, the gauge goes to 3/4 in RUN, then when off takes a few seconds then bounces to F. This blazer has sat for some years and if you look at wires that go into driverside firewall im wonder if maybe in that mess the coating might of became brittle if there might be a issue there as well. What you have in your hand is the door lock relay module. If that's what you tested then we need to find the fuel level buffer module under the glove box. It has a 13 position connector all in one row with 6 wires and 7 no connects in the middle. 4 wires on one end, 2 wires on the other end.
