98 blazer, Pulling the fuse in the underhood fusebox disabled the daytime lights but not the auto lights

how do i disable the Auto lights and DRL on the Canadian Version of a 2000 Blazer ?

i tried and only one light went out wen i pulled the relay its a 98?

I noticed that none of you seem to realize that when you pull the DRL relay out of the fuse box from under the hood, only one of your high beams will work when you try to use them .. seems to me its a deterrent from doing it to begin with. I hate the DRL and took my relay out, but if I'm going on the highway at night i have to reinstall it in order to have both high beam bulbs turn on .. ugh
