I'm really bad with electrical, this is the ground strap that is attached to the fuel filler neck, I don't know if this has any impact on the operation of the fuel pump?

There are four wires in the connector at the fuel pump/fuel gauge assembly. There is a purple and black for the fuel gauge and a gray and black for the fuel pump. The fuel pump black wire can be connected anywhere on the frame with a screw or bolt into clean metal and the mounting surface brushed clean as well. The filler neck may be grounded to prevent a static discharge spark near fuel.

The fuel gauge is working so I think I have a problem with the fuel pump ground. I'll see if everything is connected, if not, is it a good idea to connect the two black cables together ? And in any case thank you for giving your time to help me.

No don’t connect them together. The ground for the fuel gauge is a clean signal ground and that’s the reason why the fuel pump has a separate ground that just gets attached to a clean spot on the frame. The pump is very noisy electrically speaking and it will perturb not only the fuel gauge but the other four or five sensitive items that use that same ground path. Keep them separate
