Any color hids ive experienced were better than stock bulbs. Ive even played around with them in my friends trucks. From 5000k to 35000k which was Green. But the best for overally visibilty was 5-6k. The mods cool for when you need to see offroading im sure Can you post a pic of what it lights up in front of you against a wall or garage or on the road lol?

i like it and ur truck, ill be doing the drl disable and quadbeam...but not to thread hack sorry.

and are you running the ballast from fog w/your lights? im a tad confused on that
