Default turn signal issue

I have an issue with the turn signals. It's a '89 S10 blazer.

The left turn signal works how it should. Turn signal to the right isn't flashing but everything seems to light up on the outside.

Then when I turn on my lights while I am not using the turn signal the green arrow in the dashboard also lights up. When I use the right turn signal when the lights are on, the turn signals aren't on, no light in there ...

Fuses seem to be ok

I feel like I have answered this already here or somewhere else.

I would start by replacing all exterior bulbs (tail lights, bumper blinkers and the marker lights on either side of the grill.
Could be one of the filaments in the dual filament bulb broke and is making contact with the other causing a short.

If that does not fix it, there are 2 grounds located on the core support, one is behind the battery, and the other is on the drivers side behind the horn. Take those off and clean them.

There is a ground in the back as well, but I am not sure on the location.

If that does not work
Try a new dimmer/headlight switch.

Found it, a broken wire behind the front bumper.

my turn signal still doesn't work as it should. It works without my lights on, hazard warning lights also ... only with my lights on they hang ?

I now noticed that when tick on the relay that it does blink, once. Also when i have a lot of patience and switch a bit from left to right it starts working.

Time to get a new relay ?
