I beleive that in "Some" cases if you are still using the factory air box it will need to be lowered. But most people that have a 2in bl said that they didnt have any issues, And if you have a Cai you wil be fine.

As for mounting the lights if you have a roof rack you can mount them up there, Heck for the price you can buy another set and have 4 up there!

Oh aight that's good then 4 would like pretty nice. For the lift I'm glad there shouldn't be a problem, it's still stock for the air box. I may go with 3 and maybe but not likely 4 inches if it's possible without problems.

I really wouldn't go more than 2"... I don't even think they had more than 2" lifts for 2nd gen Blazers. There may be a reason for it.

If you want another 2 inches, do a T-bar crank and lift shackles, you "should" be able to get another 1.5" without compromising CV life too bad. You'll still wear them out alot faster though.

The thing that bothers me about body lifts is you end up exposing more frame.

Yeah I see what you mean, and yeah 4 inches on DD wouldn't be smart. 2 should be good enough. It will happen when I get the money!
