Guess who just got an email from the seller? Apparently their store was "hacked" and they can not ship the item.... I kindly emailed them telling them I had already paid and was expecting my item soon.

I actually told them that as a bidder, you are responsible for every bid and held accountable, and as a seller you should be as well. I am not going to ok the refund, and will file a claim when I can with eBay, there are waiting periods. Hopefully they ship it.
