Since the last time, I've found my noise problem. What i thought was a bad motor(havent opened it yet), might not be. I found some bearings dug inside one of the plastic gears. So I ordered a 3 pack(10$ cheaper then buying one somehow... thanks amazon), and just finished swapping it out. I swapped out the motor as well for a slightly faster one, it's a tiny bit smaller then stock, but fits like a glove. Got a new battery on the way this week, as the 2 I have are swollen and are not lasting long anymore.

3 bearins total

Stock is 3400 i believe. Will have to check.

also reinstalled the center driveshaft and driveshaft gear on rear to have 4x4 again. Ran it on 2wd when I was waitting on the new motor and gears.

Got the new battery today, thru it on the charger and "balance charged"

it.

took the truck for a good rip, after about 20-30 minutes, I noticed my new motor running preaty darn hot, even with the small cooling fan on it and the cool breeze with the top off.

so brought the truck back in, tor apart the original motor, gave it a wipe and removed any dirt and such, thru it back in. And now it's raining lol...

so gonna "store charge" the battery and get back to it another day lol

Well since storage, the used batteries became crap, and the esc needed to get reprogrammed.

Got it all said and done, balance charged the new battery before use, and it wouldn't go!

Found I didn't tighten the nut on the clutch wheel..... a quick tear down and tightened it, and off to the gravel I went!

Launched rocks everywhere and rolled it many times lol.

But got it posted as I didn't want it to go back to collect dust, rather give it life. Got someone coming over the weekend for it.

I will be using the money of this to get a couple of smaller rock climbers for me and the wife. And will build them when we are ready lol.
