hopefully ill remember in 2 weeks haha, i didnt read the slip yet, its too painful haha. i take it i just pay it before the court date to waive trial and declare guilty.

i looked, its gotta be a speed trap, everyone who got tickets which there were atleast 100 in 3 weeks by the same jerk cop, id hate to have been the guy going 94 in the 55. but as you said thank god it was 74 And not 75 for a reckless

I don't know if it is the same where you live or not, but in Washington state you have 15 days to respond to a ticket either by paying or setting up a court date. If you don't respond by then they can pull your licence. Not fun....

i just paid it online. i wanted to be down with it. now is there any other actions i need to take? im pretty sure paying is waiving my right of trial, and pleading guilty right?

i just didnt want some weird crap happening and them telling me i had to do something else haha

Nope your done they will mark it as paid in their system and that's it. I would say in about 30-45 days go to the DMV and get a copy of your driving record just so that you can know exactly what effect it had in there since it was out of state. In va I think it's like $8 for a copy for personal use.
