My HTC EVO 4G charge port had became finicky. So I took it in to have it looked at. The sprint repair guy looked at said, "yep, needs fixed". He had a problem with it being rooted/ROMd but started the repair. I watched him rip the charge port right out of the phone. And look at me and say "whooppsss!., well.. nothing I can do". And handed it back, in pieces!. I made him put it back together so it functioned. But was extremely livid he broke my 400 dollar phone in front of me and basically told me get ****ed.

I called Sprint in the store after my phone was back together. Explained how I was treated and what happen. Being a 10 year customer got me.somewhere. they were very, very upset to hear what the guy did..

Long story short, I walked out with a brand new HTC EVO 3d. A 600 phone, with a free otterbox and screen protector.

Anybody else have a story/experience with horrible customer service?

 

for some reason att/apple have been good to me. i just explain fixing my **** is easier than me throwing stuff around in the store lol
