Love my Samsung Galaxy S3!! HTC One X would be my second choice. My old HTC Desire HD was a fabulous phone as well.

I just went from the Motorola Droid X to the Samsung Note 2. Love it. I use the stylus a LOT at work by taking pictures of pumps and/or drawings, marking them up, and emailing them on to people all from the shop floor. It saves me a lot of time. It gets great battery life as well.
