What are the specs on the current motor? There is only so much pressure you can jam at a stock compression ratio engine before you will start to have issues. With all of the rest of the components being stock and somewhat used (regardless of how much use/abuse it has seen), you are working with a ticking time bomb if you expect to get low 12s with the stock bottom end.
