Yeah. the police filed a report claiming unsafe driving. here most of it is he said she said. and most of it has to be seen. the only one you could have a problem with is the trespassing which there isn't really anything points wise you could get with that cause it isn't a moving violation to trespass you may have been in a vehicle.

It is illegal to go off-roading in Virginia. They consider it wreckless driving. and from what i was told they will arrest you on the spot and impound your vehicle.

Damn that would be horrible, Here in colorado there are hundreds of Tails to wheel and they are all numberd FS roads.
