You could just tape off the bottom portion of the headlight for the desired angle and spray spray paint the eyelid on, OR, use a vinyl film in the same manor, to get the desired block-off and angled eyelid look. Would probably be much easier (and cheaper) than making a custom grill, that is if one does not exist already

The only problem with this is that's blocking off a significant part of your low beam's light output... I guess if you only ever drive in the city it's not a big deal, but around where I'm at I know that I like to have every bit of light pointing down the road that I legally can lol so I'm usually function over form when it comes to lighting...
I've began to see a lot of Jeeps running round with this look... and although I think it looks interesting, it's just not my cup of tea...
