take a known good bolt to the hardware store and get one matched up and while you are already there just replace all 4, bolts are cheap.

Default Looks to be a special bolt or attachment built in

The removed rusted shows a hex but the ones existing are circle. it seems to be a special bolt. The ones that are remaining do not just come out so not sure. I would like to replace all. but need to make sure i can find something to replace it with see existing pictures

hopefully someone can clarify

Use a bolt and put a big washer on the back side. I did this with all of mine when I built my roof rack and no issues at all. I don't think you are going to find that insert anywhere. Just don't forget to put some sort of sealant on there if you go with my method!

Those are called "nutcerts" the tool to put them in is called a threadsetter. Almost like a rivet gun with different sized mandrels. We have to order the nutcerts thru our local Autobody Supply company. Rex's nut and bolt idea is the right way to go unless you want to spend 100+ on the tool

Default removing

Should i remove the other 6 or will i do more damage trying. these 2 came out because they were rusted. Should i just use bolt and washer on the the ones that are removed already and just replace the bolts on the others leaving the "Nutcerts" in place? i feel that are in there good any trick to removing them?

If there's nothing wrong with the rest, I would just leave them alone. No need to make more work for yourself
