Default Help clear coat mix ratio problem help

I base coated my blazer. Then did a coat of Nason clear 497-00. The first coat i did a 2:1 mix thinking i bad 495-00
It went on fine. But my next mix was about 3:1. Because i ran out of catalyst. But i find out 3:1 is the correct mix. It has been 3 days and is still a little soft. What would be a good move after this should i scuff and do more coats at right ratio? Should i wait longer to see if it cures more? Been in garage since shoulndi put in sun?. Any help is appreciated .
