Default Mold, Mildew, Jet Fuel or Alien Poo?

The black or rubber trim around my back windows have a growth. It seems to be new since we moved to the coast. I have tried bug/tar remover and it helps. It does not come off when you wash it….even under pressure. It was just some spots on the black but in time, it covers the black area. The Tar/bug stuff helped but it seems that nothing is cutting it.
Anyone had this problem and know what to use….suggestions?

Thanks!

Make sure its not the Gremlins trying to get out, add supper bright light and if that does not repel them. Then you might want to get some industral Alien Poo remover. If still there, then rip that sucker out and install a non infected window and trim. Then pray that the Aliens dont visit your blazer for a bathroom break again.
