Plastic "Edges" on the rear of the Blazer
These are the plastic caps that run down the rear top of the truck. Are they removable.. and why do the ones on my son's truck look "rotted" and funky?!?! Are they available anywhere??
If you search for "rear window trim" you could find your answer...
I'm assuming the truck is a 2dr. You didn't post any vehicle information. When posting questions please include your truck info to make it easier for us to answer the question. A good tip is to post it in your sig. If it is a 2dr then the trim is not removeable (it's all one piece with the window). It's a VERY common problem that the trim pieces pit and lose their finish. The only way to fix it is to refinish it by lots of sanding, some body filler, more sanding, and paint. There are several how-to's on the forum with great pics showing step by step how to refinish them.

OOPS! Sorry, I thought I had added the signature stuff.. this is a 2003 two door, black on black on black. I'll add all the stuff after i get home from work.. where I'm actually supposed to be on sites other than boring ones - thanks. I was afraid this would be the case.
