I think I have a B&M cooler, been a few years since I installed it. Can't say I've really noticed it as I don't have a trans temp guage. But I haven't overheated my trans since installing it.

Though, I didn't overheat it before installing it.

X2 on the B&M Super Cooler. From what I've read & my experience there are none better. A word of advice - do not use the regular hose clamps they come with. 1 of mine let go & the trans pumped out 5 quarts or so of fluid at a stop light. Luckly there was a auto parts shop I frequent a few blocks away & I got some 1/2" fuel injector clamps to replace them.

Another vote for B&M Supercooler.

Here's a tech article on both the cooler install & a shift kit from a long time ago:
Trans Cooler & Shift Kit Install!

There are other threads discussing the inlet/outlet, mounting, etc.

Not too long - pulled the front clip off & removed the upper fan shroud so I could access both sides of the rad easier. Made sure which trans lines where which & hooked it all up.
From the trans to the rad then out to the B&M & from there back to the trans.
Routed the lines safely, zip tied in place & checked the trans fluid after letting it idle in gear so the torque converter was pumping.
