Not a ZR2 but an '02 LS with 10" wide rims & 32 x 11.5 BFG KM's & flares, 1-1/2" t bar twist, 2" shackles (only an inch of lift), 3" bl, inch or so of trimming on the fenders & bumper. I still need a different offset on the rims so they don't 'bump' under full compression though.
CB (The 'Cranberry Blazer' as my gf calls it) is as fat & taller than a stock ZR2 by a few inches... But I will tell you that adding more width to tires does come at a price on our IFS vehicles. Idler arm & pitman HATE you for doing that & will cut into your wallet every 18 months to be replaced!!!
<edit> Glam... realize that 2" (longer over stock) shackles only give you an inch of lift. You're only lifting half of the leaf spring so a 2" shackle will only lift 1".

Brendan127, I use grease lightning on my wheels and tires with a wash rage on the rims and scrub brush on the tires, i also hit the frame and wheel wells and it takes just about anything off. I would give that a try, iv been using it for years.
