Severely warped front rotors will make the front end vibrate. But it will be more pronounced when the brakes are applied.

 

I have a 99 4wd blazer and I had the same problem with the front end shaking at speeds between 65 and 75 and I had my mechanic go thru the whole front end and he could not find anything wrong so all I was left with was changiing the tires. So I went out and purchased 4 new tires and that solved the probelm. The front end does not shake anymore at all.

 

It's simply amazing what new tires will do for a vehicle.

I think the OP has the optional anti-gravity units on his vehicle that would explain why he doesn't have any springs under it.

 

Well...on the road, anyway...you gotta admit the t-bars are a joke for offroading.

i agree with you on this sisk. i have 2 different tread/brand tires on the front than the back and i have the same vibration problem. its alot more pronounced with the 2 different sets than my summer tires (which are all 4 the same).

another thing that it could be (kinda doubtful). a guy i work with cannot take his blazer on the highway anymore because his vibration is so bad. his harmonic balancer is bad. i know not suspension related but something else the op could consider.

 

Yeah, that t bar is made out of spring steel. If you was to mark it in a spot ans jack up the lower control are you will see it move. Thats how you get the spring. But i have to say ive never heard of one without a coil, leaf or t-bar. My self i like the t-bar you can lower or rasie the frount with and its free. You can do a t-bar crank and shackles for around 25 bucks. You cant lift a coiled vechile or lower one for 25 bucks. Chevy has been doing this for years(you must be a ford man).
