Default susp. lift vs drive shaft angle?

Anyone know what the largest suspension lift you can put on a stock 1st gen s10 blazer without having to modify the driveshaft?

Typically the larger lifts change the pinion angle on the rear axle. The 6" suspension lifts available (that drop the front axle) should do this and I do not believe that any of them require a longer drive shaft.

If you go the wrong direction, yes. But the kits are engineered to correctly change the pinion angle for better alignment of the driveshaft to the rear axle. The driveshaft angle at the other end gets worse, but I do not believe it gets bad enough to be of much concern. There are many people running these suspension lifts.

Take a look in the Lifting Tech section for a list of lifts available.

This is for stock suspension maintenance. The other is for modification.
