Leaf spring shackle lift?

I’m in the process of doing a leaf spring shackle lift and was wondering how the rear sway bar was gonna affect the lift. I’m kinda worried that the sway bar links won’t let the rear axle be dropped down with the longer leaf shackles. Is this true? Or can be lifted 2” - 3” with just shackles? Thanks!

<br /><br />When I installed my longer shackles for a 2" lift, there was no problem. Been running that way for 2 years now and there have been no issues that I can tell.<br /><br />I tried installing brackets to relocate the sway-bar attachment that I got from Rough Country for their 2.5" lift but when I did, I could not install the spare tire underneath so I removed them. I recently obtained a swing-away spare tire carrier that I'll mount to the back of my 4dr so I might revisit reinstalling the brackets but only for improving the clearance underneath.
