Leaf Springs - 4dr vs 2dr?

Is there a difference between 2door leaf springs and 4door leaf springs?

All I need to know is what the differences are, and whether or not they are interchangeable. GM parts shows different part numbers but I'm not sure if that means they are different. Please help?
