Default leaf springs

the rear leafs in my 98 blazer ls are all worn out and saging so im going to replace them and i would like to put in 4 leaf springs out of a s10 pickup as my blazer only has 3 leafs i belive the 4 leafs from the pickup will give me about a 1-2 inch lift as well as helping for towing and just being better than my stock leafs. does anyone know if i can put thos leafs from a s10 pickup into my blazer and bc they have 4 leafs instead of 3 will they left my blazer some?

They should bolt right In but they should sit the same hight.
But if yours are flat and worn then any nice leafs should seam like a lift

Check the length of the springs. I wanted to do the same but ended up just buying new from Generalspringkc.com. Every site I checked listed the first gen 1700lb springs as 26 front to axle and 28 axle to back where as the blazer springs were 24.5 and 27? I can't remember the exact measurements but they were different.

The s10 and blazers are spring under so the extra leaf should just make it stiffer the only way it would lift it is with more arch. I have also Seen some s10 pickups with 3 leaf packs so maybe you can get the 4 leaf pack from a blazer

Have you thought about a basterd pack? Cheap. Not to hard to do and it will give you some lift http://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/s10...ard-pack-1380/
