I wasn't sure about the AAL, thanks, what's a good place to get new springs? Didn't blazers have a model that had the stiffer springs on them?

There are several places online to order springs at good prices. The problem is that shipping is quite expensive, (~$65). As for stiffer springs: If the RPO code Z85 is on the sticker in the glove box, it means the vehicle was equipped with the "firm ride" package, which included stiffer torsion bars and rear springs. Can't remember for sure, but I think Z85 springs were 1350# capacity and the standard springs were 1200#. Check with State Spring Service 7349 S. Division. Been there, good bunch of guys.
