Default Replaced 3 Hub Assemblies in 18 months. Please Help!

My mechanic and I are lost. We have replaced 3 front passenger hub assemblies in the last 18 months. We do not know what is causing this reoccurring trouble. The spindle, axle? I am not hitting pot holes or driving into curbs. If anyone can offer any insight, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Are your ball joints worn? Or have you messed with the torsion bar adjustments?

Do you have oversized tires and wheels? Where did you get the Hubs from? Advance? AutoZone? What brand are they?

I would blame this on crappy hubs... I would also like to know where you are buying them from.

I've never seen an aftermarket hub from Advance and AZ last more than a year. I haven't installed many of them, but the few I have, either the bearing OR the wheel speed sensorfailed in a few months.

thank you all for the rsponse.

As far as the ball joints go, They look fine and my mechanic says it can't be the torsion bar because the car is riding fine and not leaning towards one side.

As far as the aftermarket hubs. that could be an issue. We've used 3 different manufacturers, however we've always bought the aftermarket because it is a $100 cheaper then the one from the dealer. In your experience are the dealer hubs more reliable? Thank you again for all your help.

Timken bearings are one of the best you can buy and they have a complete hub assembly.

At work we use SKF in our pumps, but I do know that they have several quality levels so you have to be careful there. I am not sure if SKF makes a complete hub assembly for these trucks.
