i just bought this blazer and i went to go tighten the torsion bars to get a little bit of lift. When i looked at the torsion bars i noticed that the drivers side torsion bar adjustment screw is threaded out and the passenger side screw is tightened right up. Now the truck sits even height? any ideas on what could be wrong/broken?

Is there a good reason you need more lift? If its just for looks thats OK too. What you first need to know is your corner weights. The formula way is with scales in a wind tunnel. The Red Neck way is jack up the rear at the banjo and measure your left and right front height. Lift the front at the center, and measure the rear heights. Fix as needed to eliminate lean and wedge.

the sag always happens over years of abuse. offroading and added weight to a vehicle that the oem bars were not esigned for makes them weaken. i have the premium ride package and the suspension was great for hwy use but not offroading so i upgraded the stock suspension to heavy duty parts. my bars have indexed keys in them and cranked all the way up the ride is sloppy and i bottom out easy in dips on the road. i managed to score a set of 2003 s10 zr2 torsion bars for 70 bux for the set. hope this will solve my issue
