Thats just about true. Except that some wheels have a relief on the mounting face where the 'too long' stud could go. Dont ask me to look behind my camaro wheels cause Im too lazy.

The BS for IROC wheels are 5.25" and 4.75" so if you put the front IROCs on the rear of your Blazer and the rear IROCs on the front of your Blazer all should be even. I just put IROCs on mine and did that.
