if you got them in like 18 with a low profile tire, you should be fine without any additional lift. just remember that the shorter the side wall, the more rigid it has to be to support the weight. which in turn can effect ride quality. and on the super great highways of California, if you dont have enough tire side wall and hit a pot-hole going too fast, you could actually crack a rim and then you have a daily headache of putting air in it.

Please don't put those on your truck!! They look like a$$! I would say get a 15" wheel and stick with your stock tire size.

Staying with your stock size will definitely be a little easier and less expensive. We've got a good assortment of 15" wheels available that will fit your Blazer. You can either check out our site or feel free to give me a call at 888-421-8473 and I can get a package together for you that will arrive mounted, balanced and ready to be installed.

Every one has there own preference as to look and your entitle to that
If you go to a low profile tire like your link picture the truck will ride rougher
You will feel just about every bump in the road because the sidewall of the tire helps absorb the bumps so beware

Tirerack.com has a feature where you can view your vehicle with different tire and rim options
I believe there options in sizes would all fit with stock ride height

Search Wheels by Vehicle at Tire Rack

Not sure about the low profile tire look on a Blazer, but, to each their own. If you search Tire Rack for tires for your Blazer it will give you options to up-size your wheel. 255/55-18 when i searched.
