Hey all, resurrecting an old thread here. I just want some clarification to make sure I get this right.

What spacing will I need to align the front and rear with the part of the wheel well that sticks out the farthest?

I have an 00 Jimmy with stock rims.

Thanks so much in advance!

It kind of depends on your tires. Best thing is to just use a tape measure and see how far you need to go.

To match the rear axle track width with the front, most people use 1.25" or 1.5" spacers. This will get you very close to the exact same track width front and rear.

I used 1 1/2 inch on each side on my 2002 and my 1996, the rear now track right in line with the front on both.

I've had 1.5" spacers on the rear for 6 years with 31.5 x 10 x 15 tires. Rear wheels are inline with front and never any issues.

Mine have now been on for 2 1/2 years without any problems as well. They drive so much better with the spacers!
