I thought I saw that that is how they measure the width of it... I'm sorry if I confused anyone, didn't mean it.

It says right on the page that they're 7" and 8" wide...

and 15" diameter

No worries, I was just wondering where it came from, lol

So as far as I understand I can install 31" tire on a 7", 8", and even 10" wide rim? If so, what is the best combination?

That depends on the width of a tire...

I think 10.50 is the widest you can go on a 7" rim.
