No they do not they do not work at all anytime

 

I suppose your multifunction switch could have taken a dump on you, however, typically when that happens, the brake lights and hazards are also affected since they all run through the multifunction switch.

Other than that... How good are you with a wiring schematic (see attached)?

The top of that wiring diagram is fuses for lights, down to flashers, then switches for turn signals, hazards9four ways), brakes, and headlights. Below that the wiring goes to the actual light bulbs front and rear. Note that the color of each of the wires is listed next to the wire.
