Default Head Lamps

I have a 1997 Blazer 4wd with 225,000 miles. The headlights are dim. What is the best way to fix them?

They are composite. I have tried that abrasive on the outside of the lamp, but it did not help.

i switched mine to composite, and i'm gonna hit something driving at night!!! i havent had time to look into it yet, does anyone know a trick? maybe i need to run a seperate ground for each light? i cut the pigtails out of another blazer and just spliced them together.
