Default Vacuum? Question

Hey guys! I'm at an impasse right now and not quite sure what to do. I just replaced the injector spider on my 2000 Chevy Blazer LS 4x4 and ever since then I have been hearing a loud hissing sound whenever the vehicle is running. It sounds like air coming from somewhere towards the driver side front fender but I can't quite figure out what it is. There is a hose that I believe is a vacuum hose but I cant quite see where it goes. Also I have another part that during the reassembly I'm not quite sure where it goes. If anyone can help me that'd be great! I've attached photos of what I'm trying to describe
Thanks in advance!!

The black line with the white clip goes to the EVAP purge solenoid, in the plenum, just rearward of the ignition coil. The line by the brake booster connects to a fitting in the plenum next to where the PCV line connects. This line feeds HVAC & 4WD.
