Worst Car Wash Ever

First I have a 2000 Chevy S10/Blazer. Recently I drove through a drive through car wash. Apparently the brushes caught hold of my trailer hitch wiring harness, which apparently wrapped around one of the big brushes. It ended up wrapping out the left side of the wiring harness. Does anyone know what this plug is called and where the other end goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is splice pack 423 (SP423 or S423). It sits on top of the rear cross member roughly in the middle. It looks like it might be missing, but there's supposed to be a little harness mount projection that fits into a 1/4" hole on the cross member.
The splice pack contains ~11 grounds (depending on the type of Blazer you have), to include (but not limited to) park and turn lamps, wiper motor, fuel level sensor and door jamb switches.

Made a mistake...stated that was S423...it is S427 (see attached diagram for help). Note, this is for a Blazer with a lift gate. There is more to it, but this is the meat. Also note "U" & "V" indicated on the diagram are for your seats (power, heated, etc). "S" & "T" are for the left and right tail lamps, respectively.
