I can tell you right now, the best bang for your buck will be the MTX RT12

IMHO the Road Thunder series isnt really that great. Ive installed a few of em in sealed and ported enclosures and they seem to lack lower end...I would definately choose the CVR over it. But, it would be cheaper to run it as it is 1/2 the price and only 200wrms...

Make sure you get the "Single 4ohm" sub....they make them in Dual 4ohm and thats not what you want...the reason for this is so that you can save money on an amp by running a 2 channel amp bridged at 4ohms...
I dont have my Blazer with me this week so I cant do any measuring...Get me these measurements and I can design you a box...
1.) Height from cargo floor to seat back (max height)
2.) Distance from top of seat back to rear hatch (max width)
i need those two variables before I can design something...

this is (sort of) what my box will be like. the port will be different than in that pic...
however this will be on the passenger side and i think the spare tire is on the drivers side. the top is 20" x 20" and i have plenty of cubic feet of space for my sub
i got a 15" kicker cvr and im waiting for my zx750.1 to come in

I hope thats not about what your port will look like, that thing has to be tuned at like 70Hz, lol....
Here's a Transmission Line I designed for one 8" sub...sounded very nice in my buddies s-10 ext cab...flat response from 30-50hz...
