I'm not too worried about heat. Another hobby of mine is building computers, so I have a few cooling fans around, and know how to build heat ducting. Neither amp gets very hot anyways. I'm more concerned with making sure that the rack would be secure. I'm not sure which way I want to go at the moment. It depends on how much volume I need in the side panel for my sub enclosure. If I really wanted to go crazy I could remove the spare tire and lower the floor in the back end. That'd give me all kinds of room, but I don't think I want to be without a spare.
