locked out radio

My radio is saying locked, I searched the forum and found how to get my code and a phone number to call but it is not working for me. I was able to get my code from my radio, but when I called the 800 number none of the dealer codes that I tried worked. Anyone have a good dealer code?

Found the problem, needed to push the # key after the dealer code, works fine now.
