Why didn't you go and have the rust media blasted off the underside? I am always amazed when people don't go over a vehicle and make sure it is sound and running properly before they start jacking them up.

Looking good. Sorry to hear you ran into more issues, but we all know that feeling. 31s look great! Are you going to do the Poly sway bar bushings too?
It wouldn't make the ride any stiffer, but you might consider the jeep steering shaft upgrade to improve road manners more. For me that was the single best upgrade I've made to the Blazer so far.

I don't remember what year I used. . .Maybe for a 93. I did have to cut it down a couple inches to fit, but I've read that others didn't have to do that. . . so I would do some searching. Pretty sure a few people have done write ups on this upgrade.
I would suggest the junkyard if you want to save $$. I paid $90 for brand new and wish I would have gone to the pick'n pull to save the $$
