Here in South Dakota, atleast where I live....there is no emission testing! haha fine with me since I know I am illegal! The only reason I have a muffler is because my dad was tired of truck being straight piped and loud, so he bought me a muffler haha, but I really miss my straight pipes, plan on doing true dual straights some day.

BTW, awesome truck! Its a shame you're not keeping it for yourself, especially to experience mudding! But you gotta do what ya gotta do! Good luck, brother!
